New slab in front of breezeway & along the East Elevation.
Demolition begins along with a new perimeter foundation. The fireplace chimney is the first thing to go.
The Murpy house-Before. There will soon be a major transformation. This is the South Elevation overlooking the swimming pool & swim up bar.
The gated breezway, also a North Elevation. The 2nd story will be above the breezeway.
