All Done!....

 Madrona Vineyards, Paul & Maggie Bush,  contracted us to design & build a new cased goods storage building with a future commercial kitchen, ADA compliant bathrooms & the possible future use as an auxiliary production facility. The initial design concept was by the Bush's & Charlie Downs AIA. Check out their wines at the existing tasting room at 2560 High Hill Rd. Camino, CA. They're great!

 Roger Miller & Sons Concrete-finally able to pour the slab after weeks of battling the weather. All inspections passed with zero corrections-Just in time for what is predicted to be the largest storm in six years! (have we had a storm in the last six years???)

 The foundation is going in. One sure way to predict rain is to schedule a foundation project. Roger Miller & Sons are the concrete contractors...doing a good job battling the weather.

 Bill Campbell owner of Superior Plumbing is putting the pre-slab plumbing under test...in the rain.


 Ralph Teevan, owner, Pleasant Valley Power & Ltg. installed the underground electrical including the fire/smoke alarm system conduit for Brian Bunch, owner of Sierra Security.

 PG&E on schedule with the power pole & transformer replacement. Jennifer Donovan, the PG&E rep is doing an excellent job keeping thier end on schedule.

 All inspections have passed with no corrections.
