 Johnny Griggs designed & built these "period" doors in our shop in Placerville.  They replicate the doors  of the original Skinner winery.

 Ralph Teevan-Pleasant Valley Power & ltg.  The best electrician with the first grapes harvested at the new winery.

Garry Franklin & Son-Franklin Masonry. He did all the stone work inside & out at Skinner Vineyards & Winery. A man of unbelievable skill and patience.

 We teamed up Glenn, owner of Mt. Stair, Placerville, with Fair Oaks Iron to construct the spiral stairs for the Skinner Tasting Room. It was challenging as the lumber was milled over 100 yrs ago. Jeff & I flew to Salt Lake City & drove up to Blackfoot Idaho to handpick the reclaimed lumber from the Trestlewood Company.
